The Rubicon was just awesome.  We went in Sunday from Lake Tahoe down Cadillac Hill and spent the night at Rubicon Springs.  Then on Monday we traveled to Buck Island and Tuesday to The Ice House near Loon Lake.  The official run started Wednesday Morning at the Ice House with Ross as the trail leader.  We had 26 rigs in our group including two of the new FJ Crusiers.  We reversed our step and arrived at Rubicon Springs early Friday afternoon.  There we spent a great evening and all day Saturday just relaxing.  The TLCA put on a fantastic raffle Saturday evening following a great tri-tip dinner.

Sunday it was up Cadillac Hill and out to  Lake Tahoe for a return trip back to pick up the tow rigs at the Ice House.

  It was a fantastic week and one which I plan or repeating again next year.
